 how do i get past all the road blocks to get to the historical society after i get the map in the hospital.      |

 Ok, you're now in the alternate South Vale. First go through streets and get all the items while trying to avoid fights. Make sure that you get the items because they will be needed later on. While on Lindsay, after you get the letter, make sure to get the wrench on the west side of the road as when you get to Rosewater Park dig behind the statue to find a box. Use the wrench on the box to get the old bronze key. Go west on Nathan and go to the end and get the rifle ammo. Then turn around to get to the Historical society.
