Hi, Im stuck on the game ico at the place named water tower. The problem is that when Im done with pushing a wheel counter-clockwise , so that I create a path for Yorda to get to the idol doors. Then after when Im trying to go back to get Yorda with the help of a chain, I cant jump over to the other side becuse the character cant reach the edge on the other side and climb up. Is it a bug or what? Im falling down all the time and getting killed. Please help me so I can continue my journey in this good game.

I have tried to climb up higher but the character just doing the climb move and cant come up higher. I can see that it is more space to climb up but he wont climb no more like if it is a wall that I cant see? And it is when Im heading back from the wheel I cant come over. I can just jump to the wheel and then Im stuck there, when Im trying to jump from the chain from the wheel direction he cant make the jump from the chain.
