this is splinter cell just splinter cell

ok this is stupid i know but i can't get explosive picks to work.
i select it in the inventory but when i try to use it it comes up with the normal pick.

Umm, there are only two types of lock picks in the game- normal and disposable. Nothing about "explosive" picks.
