It seems there are never as many people around as there are dog tags to collect. *How can I catch em all, if they are not there to be found? *I sometimes wait around, but in the engine room of the tanker, I can never find all of them. *help plz

i've gotten 100% dogtags in very easy, easy, and normal, and hard on the tanker and all except hard and extreem on the plant, some guards only show up at certain times so if you leave the area they're gone, so get as many tags as you can first time through

New guards appear in places after major scene changes. If you do a sweep before and after the Fatman fight, and be sure to get the extra guard in Strut E (with headphones) on the way to the computer room after the sniping mission (you have to be quick, because of the countdown), as well as picking them up as you go in the Shell 1 & 2 cores and other areas you can't come back to, you should get everything.
