Hello, can anyone out there help me?? Does anyone know what you are supposed to do in the "lord of the rings: The two towers" game where you are at Helms Deep? thanks

Ok, first of all, before I can answer your question, I need to know which Helms Deep mission you're on. Is it the one where you are on the wall? Or is it the one after that? Or even the one after that? Sorry I can't answer your question yet, but if you'll tell me which mission your on, I'll help you out as soon as I can.

That's the one where you're supposed to protect the gate that all the people went into right? While all the urak-hai (spelling?) are attacking it? Yeah, I think it is. Well, the best strat. I found, was to shoot all the urak-hai that have explosives on their backs when they get close to other urak-hai, so that you don't have to do much fighting hand to hand, so I'd suggest taking Legolas as your character. Even if some guys get through and start attacking the gate, don't let up fire on the explosive carrying guys, cause they do the most damage. Kill the explosive guys, then kill the guys attacking the gate. When the catapult shows up, attack it's two side sets of armor first, then attack the front, and just keep hitting it as fast as you can. Well, hope this helps.

now I am at the spot where you have to help legolas and defend the door but they don't ever stop hitting the gate, I can't seem to kill enough of them to go on is there something I can do to get rid of some of the Orcs? Or protect the door better? I guess I am not doing this part very well. LOL Thanks for all your help Darkrider.
