I completed the last missions in what i thought to be the right order,boatyard ,taxi's,malabu,film,print.but i have'nt got the final missions. someone please help?

for the pole position club you must get the stripper to dance for you and spend approx 600 dollers, cell phone will ring, go from there

Did you deliver all the cars to the garage in the sunshine autos? Did you use any cheat codes? I had to start a new game because the cheat codes messed up my saves and I couldn't unlock the last missions either. On the second game I didn't do the gang missions at all, this way you are not getting shot at by all the gangs and you can do the rampages and cop, taxi, paramedic etc. missions with little interference.

To unlock the final 2 missions you need to complete AT LEAST 6 assets and these must include the following:-
1)Kaufman Cabs
2)Interglobal films
3)Print Works
4)The Malibu Club

Only 2 of the remaining assets need to be completed.These are Chery Poppers Ice Cream (make 50 deals in a row) , Pole Position Strip Club (spend $600 or over in personal stripper room, note: u need to exit the room for the assest to complete.just make sure that u do spend $600 or more), Sunshine Autos (boost the cars on ALL lists n do the street races), Boatyard (do the checkpoint charlie mission, not easy if u cant handle the boats and wait for calm waters to make it easier)
