Just kidding, it does get kinda tricky but the way to go up is not just the stairs. In the middle of the staircase where you can walk around their are holes in the walls. Just swing up there and climb to higher places. Also, you can wall crawl through tairs that are broken. There are ways to get up there, you just gotta follow your "Spidey Sense"
