I have been playing triple play 2002 (the one with Luis Gonzalez on the cover) but have noticed that you can't get any steals when playing the computer. The computer always seems to throw you out even with your fastest guys. When you try to throw the computer out, he makes it most of the time if you haven't thrown the ball before his player takes off. Picking off works some of the time. In the previous versions of TP on PS1 you could steal very easily, especially with fast players. But now I get no steals at all, the opposite problem from the ps1 version. Does anyone have any advice?

Well, I played that game a few times and I started running even before he threw the ball and I got the ball about 50% of the time, I dont know what is happening to you Mess. Sometimes stealing isn't the only option though. And the computer steals from me allot to, if there is a difficulty for the computer, see what it is on so you can change it to easier, I never changed it, I don't even know if there is one. Good luck Mess.

I am playing on the hardest mode, all-star. Maybe it is just that you can't steal at that difficulty level. I like that level because the game is too easy otherwise. I win every singe game on other modes. I remember on the PS1 version of triple play it was way too easy to steal. You made it 90% of the time with anyone with speed over 65. Maybe they swung it back the other way too far for the 2002 version of this game. Thanks for the advice, though.
