Okay, I'm playing as Chris, and i have the Eagle plate and the clement chemical that i had to warm and turn blue, and now i'm stuck. i know that i have to somehow mix the chemical and the plate, but i don't know where or how. do i need the other clement chemical? where do i get what i need? any help would be appreciated.

there's a room with parts you can use to modify guns, the other Clement chemical is there somewhere. You had to pass the area when you played as Steve, it's near the underground room filled with some kind of gas. You'll find a ladder to get down there in the back of the research facility.
