 How the hell do you get up the stairs?      |

| If you mean the stairs on the first level in the yard, then all you can do is shoot at the barrels below them to blow them up and kill the guy at the top. just walk towards other stairs later inn the game and you will go up/down them by simply moving forward or back. |
