Does anyone know how to get an ice cream van or anything funny.

Getting the Ice Cream truck is pretty easy actually, just buy the Cherry Poppers Ice Cream Factory. The factory is located in Little Havana.

If your coming off the bridge coming from Starfish Island on the west side of the street, it'll set you back $20,000.

I have tried that, but it will not let be buy it even though i have 145k.

In order to buy any properties, you first have to complete the "Shakedown" Mission (Where you break out all the windows in the mall).

Warning!
Several of the FAQs on GTA VC state there is a bug when you save at Ice Cream Factory. It prevents you from further receiving cell phone calls or being able to restart your missions.

I haven't tried it just because knowledge is power and I don't want to risk my game.

There are cheat codes on switching vehicles (if that was your original second question as far as anything funny) You can get the mostly anything except the ice cream truck.

Plus you can change your clothing to most of the other characters (costumes). Most of these cheat codes come with the same warnings of locking up your game.

These would be good if you just wanted to start a game just to play around and you don't mind losing everything you have worked for.

If the house icon in front of a building is red you cannot buy that property only if it is green.

First of all, forget staying on the roof. Second of all, forget using that crappy Ruger.

Drop down off the roof and switch to the good old-fashioned pump shotgun – It’ll do you a lot more good. The auto aim is your best friend here.

Note – that this is also a point in the game where you can get your hands on a Bulletproof Admiral. Just steal the car and fail the mission – park it in a garage and enjoy it later!!!!

After a few mins of capping guys from the right, then the left, then the right etc, there will be a cut scene where 2 guys on bikes (sanchez’s) will steal the briefcase. Jump on the bike when the dude crashes and chase down the guy with the briefcase. Don’t try to catch up with him and ram him. When you get in range start using whatever SMG you have equipped firing forward. It won’t be long before you waste his bike. Merely drive up to the wreck, pick up the briefcase and ride back to the ‘meet’ place. Diaz will talk some crap and then the mission will be passed.
