THQ don't put any cheats in their Smackdown! games, well certainly not in Smackdown! vs RAW and the 2006 and 2007 versions. The only way to get something like that, unlocking all Wrestlers and all belts etc, is to buy the Action Replay MAX from Datel. It will come pre-loaded with Smackdown! vs RAW codes onit, dunno if it's updated to have Smackdown vs RAW 2006 cheats on the disk. Anyway, once you have it, it's just a case of downloading the updated codelist. This can be done by either directly via the PS2 and an internet connection, or via your PC and MAX drive software. Just download the codelist to a USB Pen Flash drive and then follow the instructions in the Action Replay MAX manual.
You can buy the AR MAX software from many stores as well as online. Just search for codejunkies in a search engine and you can go to their website and purchase it online. It costs about £30.
Anyway, going back to your original question, NO there are no cheats for the Smackdown! vs RAW games, you can only unlock things, without doing the actual work, via an Action Replay MAX disk.
