Watch the first glyph and hit X when it when you are on it as it points right. Follow the path to the end. Now take the Bevell Sphere and set it on the pedestal and ride the platform back to where you started.
Turn right at the first and second glyph when you get to the top. Take a Bevell Sphere from the pedestal and set it in the slot to activate something. At the last glyph turn around and go back the way you came and use the middle glyph to turn right and place the Bevell Sphere from the slot into your pedestal. Ride the platform off the edge back to your starting point.
Take a right at the first glyph then left and against the end, move past the first two glyphs and hang a right at the last glyph. Take a Bevell Sphere and set it into the slot to open a new path. Ride the platform to head back to the beginning (again).
Go right at the second-last glyph. Place Glyph Sphere in the pedestal. Ride the platform to the end and go past the new arena- insert Glyph Sphere into the slot to get Destruction Sphere. Take it and ride off back to the start. Insert this sphere where you found the Glyph Sphere to reveal a new path. Ride the platform to the last glyph and take a right.
Insert Bevell Sphere into the pedestal and back to the start. Turn right at the second glyph then push the pedestal over to the new way to get a new arena. Open the chest for a HP sphere then step on the floor switch. Insert a Bevell Sphere into the slot to open a new path to the left.Push the pedestal to the left and ride on to get the secret cloister treasure. Ride the platform back and exit to the right.
There you go, hope this helps (lots of backtracking isn't there?).
