There is one equipment modifier that I can't find. What is it and how do I get it?

This may sound confusing, The modifiers are Power, Power boost, drivind accuracy, ball striking, Approach, Spin, Putting, Recovery, and Luck. There is one more that I don't know what it is. It is at the bottom of the screen when you got to modify you equipment modifiers, but I can't find it anywhere else.

During team tour you got to up the ante on the person your playing against and you will see the modifier i have plus 6 but i havent figured out how to apply them.
