i can't complete 100% of the game, and I already won all races in arcade mode and simulation mode. can anyone help meĦĦĦĦ

You may possibly have one of the early copies of the game- for whatever reason those were slightly flawed in the percentage counter and would only go up to 98.2% even though you did actually get everything.

I don't recall there being any sort of identifiers on the disc or case. They are identical to look at.

I wouldn't worry about it- you know you beat the game and if someone asks you can tell them about this small code glitch.

You also have to do things like wash the car and do the machine tests to add % points, just in case you missed them
