How can I raise my characters' attributes: attack, speed, and so on?!?!?!

it doesn't show it but you get stronger when you level up

I've been playing that game for awhile still haven't beat it

well I'm already at lv.99 and my attributes really stink even with strongest weapons equipped

armor and accessories also make you stronger

well its the fact that i have no clue how to raise anyone's attributes because they are already all at level 99 and I know my attributes could be better prior to a strong weapon, for instance: I have, lets say the greataxe equipped on vaan, but, his attack is 112, it stinks I dunno what to do, I figured there might be an item that will boost attributes vitality speed, attack and so on, I'm clueless man.

how much damage are you doing?

anyone know if i can find ghosts anywhere besides the waterway, I am to bahamut and am trying to fill my bestiary, but none are poping up.
