Be gentle with me - first post!!



Can anyone tell me how to get past the Hoth Battle stage on Lego Star Wars 2... I can tie up the At-At's legs (all 10 - it counts them for you) then I seem to need to get a bomb to destroy the gate/wall but I can't do it and it is driving me mad!!!

after just spending yet another hour dragging the bombs into the reinforced walls, with no success, i have now binned what was a good game upto then

don't dispair...what nobody seems to explain very clearly is that you are not aiming for the red and black gates at the bottom - you need to take the bombs up to the top and the white gates that look like the entrance to a cave - you only need one bomb and they are gone.

believe me - I nearly threw the whole blinkin' lot out of the window - but it is really easy when you are not distracted by the bloomin' red and black gates (not sure what they are about but will go back in free play one day when ther pain and anger has subsided!)

Enjoy - you will get past that first stage in less than 5 minutes I promise.

got through that bit at the top, then wasn't sure where to go after that!! found another one of those annoying gates and gave up!!
