In the commercial district, I can't figure out how to do the grind on the wire over madison st. *I have no idea how I can get up that high in order to grind. *Also, jumping over a police car is sort of perplexing me. *How exactly do they want you to jump over it? Just ride besides it and jump over the width of it, or jump over the length of it from behind? For some reason, this just isn't registering with me. *I'm sorry if these seem like stupid questions, but for some reason, I just can't get it. *Thanks a lot.

To complete the grind over Madison you have to jump off of the stone wall and land on the power wires. start your run at the top of the street and get on the wall to your right and stay straight to do it. For the police car jump, I just got lucky and hopped the front bumber corner. Hope this helps!
