how do u catch the espers Zodiark and Chaos?

For Zodiark, you must unlock the secret dig in the Henne mines by obtaining 10 Espers and completing all Garif hunts.

For Chaos, you must complete the fragments and medallions quest to unlock the special doors in the Necrohol of Nabudis.
