Any one know how to activate the rod Legacy drive???

There are two materials called Ley Seeds that you must install into the Legacy to get the Legacy Drive. Feel free to ask as many more questions as you need to and I or one of the other great members will find you an accurate and speedy answer. I have already got the two seed in my rod. Problem is cannot activite the command to start the move.I don't understand how the move work got a command ask me to move the joystick from top to left and then to right try already but no effect.
