I need help I am in the Military Facility with Chris and I have to two chemicals that need to be combined... But the problem is I have no idea what to do now.. I have walked around the facility like 400 times trying to find the Eagle plate and cant find it! *PLease HELp !!!

i can't remember the way, but i think you have to go thru' the water near where you found the shutgun (the moving stairs).
it will lead you to a room with a pool and a monster where the eagle plate is. that's as far as i remember.

Ok here goes: Use the 3 proofs in the MTF model room to open a new area. Go down the ladder & past some spiders 'till you get to another ladder. Go down it & you should be at the Albinoid Pool room. Your Eagle Plate is in that room. Combine the 2 Clement chemicals to make a mixture. After you leave this room, use the mixture on something in your inventory.
(I didn't want to give it all away, so I left out a few details. Hope you don't mind.)
