I am not much of a gamer, in fact, this is the only game that I play on Playstation. So forgive me if my questions are dumb.

1. Do you need to strum the white bar when you hit the fret buttons while entering cheat codes, or do you just push the buttons in order?

2. When it says to enter the codes on the "Main Options Screen" does that mean the very opening screen (career, multi-play, quick-play etc.)?

Again, please don't laugh. I am so confused.
