I'm a little confused on how to activate some of the Comm Sats. *In Level 3, for instance, there are 2 that are hanging in the water near the cargo ships. *I can't seem to find any jumps to pick these up.

Anyone know how to get these?

if I remember correctly you can blast a hole in the front of some of the cargo ship and go inside them... there is a ramp inside that lets you get the items you need.

You may still need to do a turbo to reach some of them so be carefull.
