Default scarface
hey, i am 98% done with the whole game and the only thing that is not done is the gangs. I have five gangs total left in the whole "world". I have tried putting gang heat up but the gangs never come out. What should I do?

A quick way to raise gang heat is to start knocking off a few members. This is probably the fastest way to build it up.

I have tried killing everyone that makes my gang heat go up. The heat goes up but they just retaliate when it gets all the way up. I think my game may have a problem that most others dont.
