Does anyone know how to get past the 2 lizards in the tomb of Tihocan????

If you mean the two crocodiles in the area where you are setting up the crates just keep blasting them with the pistols. Even if the targeting marker is grey you can sometimes still hit them. You may need to jump into the water and back out a couple of times to draw them into range.
