 corrupt data what is corrupt data on my console memory card and how can i delete it?      |

| Re: corrupt data Corrupt data is just what it sounds like- data from a game save that may have been messed up and is now corrupted and unusable. You should be able to delete it in the memory card utility on the PS2 by selecting it and select delete. I should mention that some games have some data that show up as corrupted but are really not as they can only be viewed in-game. Metal Gear Solid 2 is a good example of that. Any of the photos you took when in the game showed up as corrupted data on the card but were used only by that game. |
