 help my ps2 cant read disc Hi. I have a question about a problem that my ps2 is having. Just one day when I wanted to play my ps2 I didnt want to read any disc at all !! Is it the laser that I have to change? It is so odd that it just stopped to work when I havent have any degraded problems, it just stopped work just like that? I can hear that it tries to load the disc but nothing happends.      |

| Re: help my ps2 cant read disc Sometimes the ol' beasts will just go with no warning. Seeing as it sounds like you are out of the warranty you could try replacing the laser- a search for "ps2 parts" should turn up some places to get it (for that matter eBay may be worth a shot). |
