server not available or network error
my network connection is passe my game dvd is patched

If memory serves they shut down the online play for that game- it can't go online any more. That is why you are getting that error.

are you sure that no online resident evil out break any more if not it is going to be a bad luck beacause this is the only game which we passed the dnas server

Yes, I am sure of it- they shut down the servers for Resident Evil Outbreak.

As for your other question, i deleted it as we do not support the use of "iso"s and "backup" copies due to the potential piracy problem.
