 PS2 wont read/detect discs Ok so I've got an old PS2 a bulky one its the SCPH-30003 version, it used to have problems reading discs at one point but when it finally did read them it worked perfect, I stopped using it for awhile and decided to get it back out recently and it wont read or detect any disks, it spins once and thats it... nothing else happens Hope someone can help, TIA      |

| Re: PS2 wont read/detect discs Deano, I think the disc drive may have died completely. You will either want to contact Sony to have it fixed or just replace with a PS2 slim model. |
