I may or may not be in the right section to ask this but When I try to load my bunus disk from silent hill 2 it says that I can't view due to regional restrictions, it also says the same thing on my actual DVD player. I'm from Australia and I was just wondering whether this is because we use PAL instead of NTSC, If so is there any way of changing it? THANKYOU!
