Default Need help with my Network Adapter
I recently purchased a SCPH-10281 Network adapter off of Ebay. It was in the original packaging and was unopened. It installed into my v7 PS2 like a glove however, after about 10 minutes of being on, the PS2 shuts itself off and the red standby LED flashes continueously. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!

Sounds to me like the PS2 is overheating. Give the vents a bit of a cleaning using a vacuum hose to make sure air flow is as it should be. You also may want to try repositioning the PS2, making sure there is lots of open space around it. If it still does this give Sony a call at the number given with the adapter documentation.
