Question ps2 console shuts off
my old ps2 console shuts off automatically after about 15 minutes of play, consistently. Any suggestions on what to repair? This is the older, larger model.

You've got an overheating problem. You might want to try taking the vacuum and run it along the vents on the PS2 to get some of the dust in there. This will help the fan get more air.

If you have the PS2 in an enclosed location like inside an entertainment unit put it somewhere else like on a small table. This will also help with air flow.
