why isnt dragonball z in stores yet for ps3 it was supposed to come out in january

Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is available now- if the stores in your area don't have it it's more due to their distribution channels. Have a try with shopping online for it (say, up in our own PlayStation Store- just click on the link in the top banner. )
