Default grand theft auto iv online issue
When i try to access online through multiplayer it tells me provider not available.Why is this? Am i missing a step?

No you aren't. As reported yesterday evening in our news section the PS3 version's online play has been down. Until Rockstar can figure out what is going on there you'll have to "make do" with the offline play.

I've seen reports this morning that the online play is up now so you should be able to access it.
