 failed connection i have been trying to to set up my ps3 to go on line and every time i do a connection test it says key informationexchange timed out and ip address failed and i have not got a clue what to do help?      |

| Re: failed connection Key information exchange? I'd say your router has the net access encrypted- you need to give the PS3 the "key" or password so that it can get through. You'll have to go into your router settings to check on this and, if it is encrypted, tell the PS3 in the connection set up what sort of encryption and the password. |
