I recently got an aircard for my desktop is there a way to feed off of the aircard to get access for the playstation.. Please help.

The only way you would be able to get this to work is to connect the PS3 to your laptop via the ethernet jacks and activate internet connection sharing on the laptop. A Google search will turn up plenty of pages on doing that. If you were thinking connecting wirelessly that would not work, the PS3 wasn't made to pick up signals from that type of card.

I have hooked up the aircard and also the ethernet cable to the computer and the connection is still coming up failed. What is the next step i need to take to get the playstation hooked up

Next you have to activate Internet Connection Sharing on the computer- a quick Google will find the instructions for doing that. Once that is done have another try with the PS3's connection.
