i forgot my password to my account management and i can't change my credit card number how do i change it or get it back

It is the same password you use to log into the PlayStation Network. If you have forgotten this there is a "forgot my password" button on the log in page when you sign in to the PlayStation Network. Use that and answer the security question you set up when making your account- your password will be sent to the e-mail on that PSN ID.
