 Re: help I'm afraid you will have to contact Sony's tech support about that one, furball- the problem is likely in the blu-ray laser diode. This will mean having to send the system in to Sony- if you are still under warranty (one year from purchase) and have proof of purchase it will be free. Otherwise, the price is about $150 for repairs/ replacement (that figure is North America). The number to call is in the manual that came with the PS3.      |
