Default Ps3 - Will Not Connect To The Internet
I just bought a Router made by Linksys (Model BEFSR41) and I am trying to connect to the internet and when you Test Connection in Network Settings, it finds the IP but is failing at the Connection phase.

Can anybody help?

Are you trying to connect wirelessly through the router, or using a direct ethernet using the router?

Also, did your Linksys Router come with the EasyLink Advisor program? (I just got a linksys Router too, so I think I might be of help).

I would try and connect your router to your computer or laptop, if you have one, first.

If you can connect to your computer without a problem, then that will narrow it down to something being wrong of your PS3.

Try that please.
