 Password Recovery Issue It's a long story so I will cut to the chase. I have auto-sign on enable but I can't remember my password. I tried the 'I Forgot My Password' option but can't remember the answer to that (and I even started trying weird answers just to make sure I wasn't having a stupid day). Worse yet, my email address that I registered with is on an old site I used to run but is now temporarily shut down so I have no access to that email. My question: is there any way I can contact Sony and have my password 'reset' or 'recovered' to a new email address?      |

| Re: Password Recovery Issue You should be able to get them via their tech support phone number. They should be able to reset things for you but you will likely have to answer a couple of questions just to be sure you are who you say you are (using personal info from your account such as street address, date of birth, etc.). |
