OK, here are some part of my knowledge

Pulse Ammo * *use ammo-RF to refine laser cannon or enrgy crystal
Marlboro Tentacle * *Mug Marlboro or refine Marlboro cardx4
Energy Crystal * * Mug at least Lv.30 Elynoyle or Behemot, or refine Elynoyle cardx10
Adamantine * *Dropped by at least lv. 30 adamantoise or use med-RF from 10 orichalons.

These are not all of the rare items, but I think thes things are kind of hard to find.

OK, this is where you will find the monsters

Adamantoise * *near Dollet (Hasberry Plains)
Elynoyle * * *Esthar city(Before lunatic pandora event
Marlboro * * Esthar (Grandidl forest) or Island Colest to Hell for lv. 100 Marlboro

I have found the best place to level up and to get rare items. Those Energy Crystals can be found in the Deep Sea Research Vessel, along with those Star Fragments when you fight those Iron Giants. Oh, don't steal for the energy crystals just win the battle. If you get to the bottom (I stress the word IF) your characters will get a HUGE level up. Don't fight Ultima just head back up for more levels gained!

oh common ultima is easy all you do is use lionhart on him and boom as helpless as a kittyy and doomtrain helps too, but I was wandering I want to get the pupo card and have only three elixers no how toget more???

you can use the Forbid Med-RF ability to get Elixirs.
each of these items refines into 4 Elixirs: *Elem Atk, Elem Guard, Status Atk, Status Guard.

since those items are pretty rare, an easier way is to fight the Mesmerizes around Esthar. *each Mesmerize Blade they drop can be refined into 2 Mega-Potions by using the Recov Med-RF ability. *20 Mega-Potions can be refined into an Elixir using the Forbid Med-RF ability.

10 Mesmerize Blades >> Recov Med-RF >> 20 Mega-Potions >> Forbid Med-RF >> 1 Elixir

you might also notice that you can get heaps of money by refining Mesmerize Blades and selling the Mega-Potions.
