you can find the explosives in a chest on the tracks in the lower level. *you won't be able to see the chest unless you use the flashlight. *if you crossed the roof of the train car and killed the 3 terrorists on the other side (one of them throws a grenade i think), you should be in the right area.
when Lian tells you to turn off the gas valve, you'll need the flashlight again.
