what is the best way or best cobination of characters to beat lloyd on disc three

Use Dart, Meru and Hacshel. It is best to get each character's dragon level to 100. Equip Dart or Albert with a Talisman to boost his physical attacks, it does no good on anyone else.

Now, you would not be able to use Dragoon when fighting Lloyd as he has Dragon Buster- the Dragoon would be slain instantly (unless the talisman is equipped like i told you up above). When in Dragoon form Lloyd will, more often than not, go after him with Dragon Buster. With the talisman equipped this effectively wastes his turn. While he does that your characters should be able to heal and hit him, eventually bringing him down.
