I've searched through the forums looking for Dave Mirra walkthroughs and am suprised I have not found one yet. I was directed here by chance from a link and decided to become a member in hopes to get help.

My problem arose as I spent 4 hours Friday playing - out of boredom - the BMX game and wasn't able to pass the third map on hardcore. It has to deal with the rail to rail objective in Greenville backyards.

I've spent all my time trying to do different things to no avail. I use Mike Laird and am not able to jump from rail to rail. I've tried all sorts of angles and have mainly started my runs from inside the pools and get to the first rail and hit the jump buttom and then hold the grind button and then jump again.... BUT I never am able to hop near the other rail. I make it sometimes far enough into the other pool but never close to the other rail.

Please reply if you have a method I could try... I decided to use the cheats to play the other courses for fun, but I do want to complete all the objectives like this one which is rather flawed in my opinion. It really makes me wonder if this is something any 10 year old can do and I'm just not grasping it.... Please help.
