in the game just before the card tourny how do you get some good cards and by good cards i mean decent strength with alot of arrows? cuz even my rare cards only have 2 or 3 at the most arrows on them

A card isn't bad just beacuse it has few arrows on it.
To get more cards and make those you have stronger play cards with people you meet. (and win)
