Hi all, havin a problem with my recently purchased, used resident evil game. everything seems to load, i pick my difficulty level, choose my character, then the game throws out a short clip of people getting eaten then it says i enter the mansion

then nothing i've left it running for 10 minutes countless times , blank screen no game. Bad game???? wait longer????

any help would be appreciated thanks.
