On the train the russian assassin Mara Aramov is hiding behind bullet proof glass with a hostage, as soon as I move she kills the hostage.

Does anyone know how to take her out ?

You got the AU-300 from the crate, right.
After that back up and you should be able to jump to the roof of the car.When youre on the roof jus walk on top of aramov and use the AU-300 to take her out. *:happy2:
