do I press o triangle square and x at the same time or one after another because I cant get it to work

Could you maybe give us a bit more information? Is it a cheat code you're trying to enter? If so what is the code for (Invulnerability, Infinite Lives etc...)? If it's some kind of puzzle you've got to solve to progress further, could you tell us what part of the game you're at?
Any, and all, extra info. you can provide us with, the better. Then we'll be able to, hopefully, help you.
