I had a look around and it seems there are no codes to be had for this game- listings of how to unlock certain items, yes, but no codes. Sorry!

Try these for ntsc not sure if work on pal

Extra Points:
press X + Triangle + Square while using weapons.

New Life:
press X + L1 + R2 during terrorist attack.

Power Up:
press L1 + L2 + R2 while freeing hostages.

Level Jump:
press X + R2 + Square in train station
