I've been playing Final Fantasy IX for a while now, but I still haven't been able to catch a chocobo. *I've been running up and down the chocobo tracks on the world map, but I haven't ran into one yet. *Anyone please help.

you can only get a chocobo by goin to the chocobo forest
this is located at the bottom of the mist continent (its the only forest that you can see the trunks of the trees, its also circular in shape)

Stand on the chocobo's footsteps and go to the menu screen and pick his favorite food

At first you need to enter the Chocobo forest then talk to Moogle and then Buy some G... Grass *his favorite food) THen locate his footsteps and use that Grass :thumbsup: Sorry I forgot that Grass's name :cry:
